B. Markinson - Let’s Keep In Touch","Serialized fiction collection by T. B. Markinson, featuring a recurring storyline built around intense psychological tension and escalating threats. The opening sections introduce the protagonist’s recurring nightmares in vivid, panic-driven scenes, immediately tying dream imagery to real-life pressures. Early chapters outline a household burden under strain—family incarceration, medical recovery, and corporate conflict—while recurring figures and violent symbols foreshadow a deeper conspiracy. Designed to pull readers through chapters and an epilogue into upcoming revelations.","AWOMAN COMPLETE \nTB MARKINSON \nOCEANOFPDF. COM \nPublished by T. B. Markinson \nVisit T. B. My favorite method of keeping in touch is via my newsletter, where I share about my writing life, my cat (whom I lovingly call the Demon Cat since she hissed at me for the first forty-eight hours after I adopted her), upcoming new releases, promotions, and giveaways. \nAnd, I give away two e-books to two newsletter subscribers every month. The winners will be able to choose from my backlist or an upcoming release. \nI love giving back to you, which is why if you join my newsletter, I’ll send you a free e-copy of A Woman Lost, book 1 of the A Woman Lost series, and bonus chapters you can’t get anywhere else. \nAlso, you’ll receive a free e-copy of Tropical Heat, a short story that lives up to the “heat” in its name. \nIf you want to keep in touch, sign up here: \n[http://eepurl.com/hhBhXX](http://eepurl.com/hhBhXX) \n[OceanofPDF.com](OceanofPDF.com) \nCHAPTER ONE \nA WOMAN POINTED A GUN AT ME, BUT I COULDN’T SEE WHO IT WAS. Ishook my head, trying to clear my vision. After blinking several times, my mom became vivid in the fog. But that couldn’t be. She was dead. Wasn’t she? I remembered the funeral, but other details blurred and bounced back and forth in my brain. \nI looked back to where my mom stood. But she wasn’t there. In her place stood Tie, my deceased sister-in-law, in a jolly pink dress. \nAnd, she was gripping a knife, not a gun. \nI’d seen Tie in that dress before. Yes, when I met her for the first time. She wore pink to visit my mother in the hospital. Wait, that memory dislodged another. Mother didn’t like Tie. Why were they working together? To threaten me or worse? \nAgain, I shook my head, trying to make sense of everything. \nWhen the fog cleared some, Meg, my ex, wielded the knife. Her green eyes darkening with evil delight. I didn’t want to stare into them, but I couldn’t redirect my gaze. \nBehind me were voices, at least two different ones, but I couldn’t move my body to turn to the source. I couldn’t do anything. I wanted to scream for help, but my mouth refused to open, my vocal cords thick in my throat, completely silenced. \nSomething covered my face, and I couldn’t breathe. \nThe chatter grew louder, and now I made out the three distinct voices of my mom, Tie, and Meg. Something poked me. It hurt. Wasit the knife? Fingers?
