This biennial gathering once again provided a dynamic platform for exchanging ideas, sharing knowledge, and fostering collaboration among professionals dedicated to advances in the field of brachytherapy.  \nThe conference featured a robust scientific program under the distinguished patronage of Prof. Sławomir Blamek, Director of the Gliwice Branch of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, and Prof. Krzysztof Składowski, the National Consultant in Oncological Radiotherapy. Their support highlighted the significance of this event in advancing oncological standards and enhancing patient outcomes in Poland.  \nParticipants were engaged in insightful sessions highlighting clinical and scientific innovations in brachytherapy. With contributions from leading Polish experts and distinguished international guests, the program showcased cutting-edge research and innovative treatments across various oncological applications, including prostate, gastrointestinal, and gynecological cancers. Among the key topics discussed were insights and updates from the world of brachytherapy, which provided a comprehensive review on the latest developments in the field and practical application of brachytherapy techniques across various types of cancer. Additionally, interdisciplinary discussions emphasized the integration of brachytherapy with other modalities, such as stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) and systemic therapies.  \nA highlight of the event was the participation of international colleagues renowned for their contribution into the field. Patricia Willisch shared insights on salvage brachytherapy in prostate cancer recurrence, Margit Valgma gave a lecture on brachytherapy as a treatment option for vulvar cancer, while Justinas Jonušas discussed focal brachytherapy in the treatment of prostate cancer.
