Your team will consist of two 1000 point armies provided by each player. These two armies do not have to share any faction keywords. Together, you will select a team name. Players will choose a team leader. That leader will create a team in Best Coast Pairings for the sake of pairings and scoring. Tickets purchased will represent your team. Have your team leader purchase the entry to the event  \nMatches in the event will take place on unique maps with unique twists. Each battlefield will reflect a specific environment or location. Objectives and twists will also reflect this environment. These matches will have some similarities to standard 40k gameplay, as well as potential missions that skew gameplay and deviate from standard play. This event is primarily about fun. Be aware, it is wise to bring a playable list with you and your partner to maximize enjoyment, but any type of list is welcome, but try not to be too gamey if possible as well!  \nLet's make it friendly and fun!  \nThe event will consist of three total rounds, like a standard tournament. Round will be clocked for the sake of time in order to move through the event.  \nArmy Building Restrictions and Interactions:  \nArmy lists may not contain any EPIC HERO models  \nWhen referring to friendly models, models with keywords that share your faction, stratagems, etc those effects will and can only target models in your 1000 point army. You cannot use any of these effects or abilities to benefit models outside of your army.  \n(For auras, like Death Guard Contagions, when an enemy is affected by the contagion, only attribute the negative impact when interacting with Death Guard models. General effects that reduce OC, movement, or leadership characteristics will be valid.)  \nCommand Points  \nIn this event, individual players generate Command Points at the command phase. Command Points cannot be shared between players. This doubles the CP available in the game, but allows each player to “do their thing” without conflict.  \nScoring and Unique Rules:  \nEach table will be provided with a simple page or packet that describes scoring for that individual table. These missions may use Chapter Approved 2025 cards but with pre-selected fixed secondaries, or altered decks, to match the specific flavor of the mission.  \nReport your team's total score at the end of each round to determine new pairings in BCP.  \nPlayers will play their turns as a team, just like a standard 1v1 game, both players on a team will go through the phases of the game together.
