Remember, it's not about counting the calories, about measuring every inch of your meal out, but about eating good freakin' food! And that's what we are going to \ndo . \nI'll be sharing 3 meal preps that I am doing ahead of time ( I usually do these on Sundays) \nand then my daily meal plan . \nI'll share up pictures and tips as we move through the week. \nBreakfast: berry protein oatmeal \nLunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: two energy balls \nDinner: spaghetti squash pasta with meatballs \nBreakfast: berry protein oatmeal \nLunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: apple and peanut butter \nDinner: spicy salmon with rice & veg \nBreakfast: berry protein oatmeal \nLunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: raw vegetables with guac \nDinner: prawn, mango & avo salad \nBreakfast: berry protein oatmeal \nLunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: two energy balls \nDinner: lettuce wrapped burgers & homemade fries \nBreakfast: berry protein oatmeal \nLunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: arbonne lemon zest protein bar \nDinner: greek yoghurt dough pizzas \nBreakfast: gf pancakes with scrambled egg whites & avocado Lunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: raw vegetables and guac \nDinner: rice noodle chicken stir-fry \nBreakfast: protein cheese grill \nLunch: arbonne shake (from list of recipes) \nSnack: two energy balls \nDinner: salmon blt with avocado \nAlrighty, so meal preppin' is my jam, we all know that! Not everyone loves it, and that's okay but the biggest thing I will say to you is that if you are struggling to opt for the choices that align with your goals, if you often eat more than you desired to, or if you find yourself saying \"I don't have time\" to make healthy choices-please meal prep for the love of reaching your dang goals!! \nFor week 1 I'm only going to be meal prepping a few staples: meatballs, protein balls, and my protein breakfast oats. \nMy protein ball recipe and breakfast oat recipe have been blogged, I will link those for you for easy reads. \nYou will notice that I have a shake everyday for lunch- I love this part of my day and if you've followed me on Instagram you'll know that I'm all about them and making them into thick liquid dreamy meals. But, if you like your shake with a little less calories and more of a snack the meatballs will be an awesome lunch for you to pack for the week (which my boyfriend will be doing with this challenge) . \nAlso, for each of these meals I didn't write serving sizes or portions due to everyone's appetite being different and how many people they are cooking for. But, the easiest thing you can do is make more so you have your lunch for the next day ready to go! \nMeatballs: I made 3 variations to this meatball and I'll share all 3 with you. We packed 10 meatballs into each container and froze them for easy meals on the go for those busy days (5/person per meal). Each variation was made with 1lb of ground elk, you can use any form of lean ground meat for this recipe. \nThese meatballs, whichever flavour you choose will be used in the recipe for Monday with our spaghetti squash and meatball recipe. \nThe cooking directions are the same for each variation, mix together ingredients, form into balls (using approximately 2-3 tbsp per ball) and bake on 400 for about 15-20 minutes or until done. \nRed Pepper & Mushroom: \n1lb ground elk \n2 red peppers finely diced \n10 white mushrooms finely chopped \n2 eggs \n1/2 cup quick oats \n2 tbsp paprika \n1 tbsp cayenne pepper \n1 tsp chili peppers \n2 tbsp sriracha sauce \nZucchini & Celery: \n1lb ground elk \n2 zucchinis grated ( using cheese grater) \n3 stalks of celery finely chopped \n2 eggs \n1/2 cup quick oats \n2 tbsp lemon and garlic seasoning 1/2 lemon (squeeze the fresh juice) \nCarrot & Onion: \n1lb ground elk \n3 carrots grated ( using cheese grater) 1/2 s","cbCaihYfVW6oQTBn","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaihYfVW6oQTBn","pdf",42555761,"English","# Week Ahead Meal Plan\n## Daily Menu\n## Week 1 Meal Prep Staples\n## Meatballs: 3 Variations\n## Cooking Directions\n## Grocery List","[{\"question\":\"What does the weekly meal plan include each day?\",\"answer\":\"It includes breakfast (berry protein oatmeal), lunch (arbonne shake), snacks (energy balls or other options), and dinner (rotating recipes such as spaghetti squash pasta, spicy salmon, salads, and pizzas).\"},{\"question\":\"Which staples are prepared for Week 1?\",\"answer\":\"Week 1 meal prep focuses on meatballs, protein balls, and protein breakfast oats, with the protein ball and breakfast oat recipes referenced for easy reading.\"},{\"question\":\"How are the meatball variations cooked and portioned?\",\"answer\":\"The directions are the same for each variation: mix ingredients, form balls (about 2–3 tbsp per ball), and bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until done.
