At that time, some wise men who studied the stars traveled to Jerusalem from a country faraway in the east.  \nMatthew 2:1  \nThe men asked, \"Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw his star rise in the sky, and we have come to worship him. \"  \nMatthew 2:2  \nWhen King Herod heard this, he became very troubled. He summoned the ruling priests and those who taught Jewish laws and asked them,“Where will the Messiah be born?”  \nMatthew 2:3-4  \nThey replied,“He will be born in the Judean town called Bethlehem. We know this because the prophet Micah wrote: ‘Bethlehem – a ruler will come from you. He will guide my people like a shepherd.’”  \nMatthew 2:5-6; Micah 5:2  \nThen King Herod secretly summoned the men who studied the stars and asked them exactly when they had first seen the star. After they replied, he said, \"When you find the child, come tell me.
