Many took far more that just one.  \nYou strive daily both to “build environments where you want to live and work” and to improve your skills, knowledge, and abilities by participating in the courses offered by the Training Fund. With courses such as Computer Basics, English as a Second Language, Human Relations, our suite of FDNY test preparation classes, Green Buildings, and Security courses, all our class offerings are designed to help you  \nmeet your work and career goals. And that is just a small sampling of courses, as you will find when you go through this catalog.  \nWe offer these courses in-person, remotely, via Zoom, and online to allow you to take classes at your convenience, knowing that you do this while working long, challenging shifts, raising families, taking care of parents, and being active in your communities.  \nThe Training Fund also offers an annual Scholarship—28 undergraduate and 6 graduate—so that you or your eligible dependents can have a chance to pursue secondary education while lessening your financial burden.  \nYour stories inspire us to try to match your efforts and ambitions.
