Instead, VTAC is responsible for the administration of applications and offers. Once you have submitted your VTAC course application, and paid your course application processing fee, VTAC processes your application and supplies it to the tertiary institutions for each course you have listed. \nThe following information outlines how and when offers are made and how the accepting and deferral process works. \nThe VTAC application and offer process: \nAccessing your VCE results, study scores and ATAR \nYour VCE study scores, ATAR, and VTAC scaled study scores will be released on Thursday 11 December 2025 at 7:00am. You can access your results through the Results and ATAR website or the Results and ATAR app. \nHow to Access Your Results Online \nTo view your results online, you’ll need to register with the Results and ATAR service. \n You can register on either the website (using a computer or mobile browser) or by downloading the app [https://resultsandatar.vic.edu.au/results/applicants.htm](https://resultsandatar.vic.edu.au/results/applicants.htm);?seexp \n You only need to register once as the same login will work on both platforms. \nWhen registering, make sure you have your VCAA student number (not your VTAC ID) and choose a secure password. \nWhat You’ll Receive \nFrom 2025, VTAC will no longer post hard copies of ATAR results. Instead, students will access a Digital ATAR. \nIf you’re a current paid VTAC applicant, you’ll receive an email in early December inviting you to create a My eQuals account. \nThrough the My eQuals portal, you can view and securely share your official ATAR statement online. \nChange of preferences and offer round dates \nChange of Preference (CoP) gives you the chance to reassess the courses you have applied for. During CoP you can add, delete, and reorder your preferences. This is a good opportunity to make sure your preference list truly reflects what you would like to study in the future. \nReasons you might change preferences include: \n· you’ve changed your mind about which course you most want to study \n· a new course has become available and you would l","cbCaip3z1Pol4lEh","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaip3z1Pol4lEh","pdf",1256145,15,"English","# Welcome and support\n# How the offer system works through VTAC\n## Accessing VCE results, study scores and ATAR\n## How to access results online\n## What you’ll receive (Digital ATAR)\n## Change of preferences and offer round dates\n## Supplementary offers\n## A summary of the offer process","[{\"question\":\"What does VTAC do after a student submits a course application?\",\"answer\":\"After you submit your VTAC course application and pay the processing fee, VTAC processes it and supplies it to the tertiary institutions for each course you listed.
