articulation committee shall consist of atleast one member appointed by the President and Principal of THE BASILICA SCHOOL andone member appointed by the President of CFK.The committee will vet the agreement withpertinent members of each institution and recommend the agreement to each Board.  \nFor the 2025-2026 dual enrollment articulation agreement,the dual enrollmentarticulation committee consisted of the President and Principal(THE BASILICA SCHOOL)andDean of Arts and Hospitality and Director of Academic Affairs(CFK).Each member of thecommittee worked with internal constituents of their institution to come up with proposedmodifications to the agreement.The committee negotiated and drafted the dual enrollmentarticulation agreement.The dual enrollment articulation agreement shall be reviewed andapproved by THE BASILICA SCHOOL President,the CFK President,and the respectiveBoards.  \nThe term of this agreement shall commence October 1,2025,2024,and end July 31,2026.This agreement shall continue for annual terms beginning October 1,2025 unlessterminated as hereinafter provided.  \nA.THE BASILICA SCHOOL and CFK shall review jointly this agreement andperformances of parties hereunder each year in order to assure both parties that itcontinues to serve their mutual interest.  \nB.Either party shall have the right to terminate this agreement by delivery of written noticeto the other party not less than ninety(90)days prior to the effective date of saidtermination.  \nNOW,THEREFORE,THE BASILICA SCHOOL and CFK for the consideration hereinafterdescribed,agree as follows:  \n## 1.A ratification or modification of all existing articulation agreements.\n\nThe signing of this agreement shall attest to the ratification of the dual enrollment agreementbetween THE administration will ascertain that principals and school counselorsunderstand that facilitating dual enrollment participation is a priority of THE BASILICASCHOOL and CFK;CFK shall do likewise with its
