The WASSA is a formal record of what a Year 12 student has achieved as a result of their school education in Western Australia. If they have met all the requirements in this completion, they will achieve a Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE).  \nBasic WACE requirements:  \n• Literacy and numeracy competency-this is achieved from past Year 9 NAPLAN results or OLNA test in Years 10-12.  \n• Completion of at least 20 course units, or the equivalent, across Years 11 and 12.
