S.A.  \nPhone: (202) 473-1000  \nFax: (202) 477-6391  \nInternet: [www.worldbankgroup.org](www.worldbankgroup.org)  \nIntroductory Note  \nThe 2021 Annual Meetings of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the International Development Association (IDA) Boards of Governors, and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) Council of Governors, together with the Administrative Council of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), took place virtually on October 14, 2021.  \nAs a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and risks associated with travel and large gatherings, these meetings were held in a virtual format to conduct the essential business portion of the Annual Meetings in compliance with legal requirements. His Excellency Rogelio Eduardo Ramírez de la O, Governor of the Bank and the Fund for Mexico, served as the Chair.  \nThese Summary Proceedings outline the work of the Annual Meetings and the final decisions taken by the Boards of Governors. This year’s Summary Proceedings also includes the resolutions adopted by the ICSID Administrative Council.
