before was like, it's not technically a session, but a but a welcoming or an opening.  \n0:13  \nMy name is Matthew Stevenson.  \n0:14  \nI'm a professor of law at Harvard Law School.  \n0:16  \nAnd having a series of presentations, we're going to structure this session more as a conversation among the panelists, moderated by me, on a set of topics or themes that emerged from their papers collectively.  \n0:46  \nWe're going to start out with some quick introductions.  \n0:48  \nI'll ask each of our distinguished panelists to introduce themselves and say a bit about just a a couple of Analyst at the LSE Grantham Research Institute here in this building.  \n1:18  \nAnd our contribution to this current symposium was a joint paper with two lawyers from DLA Piper who are somewhere in the room, Laura and Shirley, where we tried to understand this new, relatively new topic to us, where the intersection between corruption and climate action was.  \n1:35  \nAnd so we highlighted 3 different categories of risks, first being the misuse of financial resources, the second being climate washing.  \n1:45  \nAnd that would be more of an integrity risk to us.  \n1:47  \nWhereas the third abusive process is a more traditional classic.  \n1:53  \nAnd I'm Michael Nest, I'm here presenting a paper that I've written for the U4 Anti Corruption Research Center in Norway.  \n1:59  \nFor those of you who don't know it, it specializes especially in policy work and evidence based policy development and International Development.  \n2:09  \nMy own background is that used to work for an anti corruption agency doing corruption prevention work, but I've flipped back and forth between Policy Research work and being a practitioner, especially on International Development projects for the
